INS Operator Services

If you are a provider of Iowa Network Services Long Distance services, you automatically receive INS’ Operator Services. Your customers simply dial “0” and you can offer them:

• A live, friendly operator that is always available 365 days a year
• Traditional operator services including local exchange and interexchange carrier service
• Exempt fees to disabled customers who are unable to use a Telephone Directory or cannot manually complete a call

In addition, INS compiles your customer usage and passes information along to you for you to bill your customer(s) directly.
