Branding is a fundamental business task. It creates the foundation for your company’s marketing messages. An effective brand clearly communicates what makes your products and services unique, and helps customers understand the personality, strengths and philosophy of your organization.

We start this issue of Business Connections with a look at the INS brand as it relates to netINS. As a sub-brand of INS, our Internet division falls under the INS umbrella along with other communication solutions. We wanted to make sure our customers understand this relationship.
