You learn how good you are when the going gets tough. It got tough in Iowa early this summer.
While the devastating floods of 2008 did not directly hit INS or our network, they were nearly disastrous for some of our customers and presented real challenges to our staff and operations.
INS prides itself on being responsive, reliable and focused on our customers. These qualities were clearly demonstrated during our customers’ time of need. From repairing fiber outages to monitoring switches, INS helped customers from around the state deal with floods and restoration of services. INS employees seem to have a common characteristic: they truly enjoy the challenge of helping customers, especially in tough situations.
INS will rely on these same qualities as we continue to grow our network, expand our product mix, and offer services that keep you connected. This commitment is demonstrated by our newly formed partnership with Alliance Technologies, Inc. Our commitment to customer service has been a hallmark of INS since we started in 1989. As we celebrate our 20th anniversary, INS proudly looks back at our accomplishments and we look forward to doing more and doing it even better in the future.
