Iowa Network Services was a proud sponsor of the 8th Annual Iowa IT Symposium held on October 15, 2009 at the Hy-Vee Conference Center in West Des Moines, IA. The Iowa IT Symposium, created on behalf of the Iowa CIO Forum and members, is recognized as a leading event in the state for IT leaders. Nearly 200 top IT executives and staff particpated in the 2009 Symposium.

INS Vice President of IT, Frank Hilton, currently serves as President of the Iowa CIO Forum. Other INS attendees included representatives from the Sales, Engineering, Research & Development, Internet Products, and Web Development departments. In addition, Brad Rounds, INS Web Development Manager and Lori Howe, Solutions, Inc. Marketing Consultant co-presented a well-received presentation titled "Striking the Right Balance - The Risks and Rewards of Social Media".
