Network Management Services (Alarm Monitoring)

INS provides alarm monitoring and surveillance for telephone networks and router networks. This service was put in place to provide monitor and surveillance services for the Independent Telephone Companies of Iowa.

Alarm surveillance is provided out of the INS 24/7 NOC Located in Des Moines. A trouble clearing option can be added to the standard call out service that is already included in our alarm monitoring product.
